1. Returns and exchanges:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are done within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • For returns and exchanges (due to defect, colour, or size), contact our support team through email at customercare@thepajamafactory.in 

  • The expense of your shipping for returning or exchanging your goods is your responsibility.

  • The exchange item will be shipped to you once we receive the original item and confirm its eligibility.

  • Festive offers: products bought on festive and special offers cannot be returned or refunded

2. Eligibility for returns and exchanges:

  • Products must be in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Outfits with removed labels or tags will be considered used and are not eligible for a refund/exchange.

  • Inspection:

    •  Once we receive the returned products, we inspect them for the above criteria, which might take 2 to 3 business days. 

    • We will notify you through email.

3. Return and shipping Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through email at customercare@thepajamafactory.in 

  • Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.

  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, while exchanging the product, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds:

  • If the item is eligible for a return, we will process the refund according to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Delayed refunds:

  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Check your bank account, next with your credit card provider, and then with your bank.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within two days of delivery.

  • Please contact our customer support team immediately with supporting evidence, such as clear photographs.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
