We ship your orders using trusted and reliable courier partners like Ekart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. Based on your location and delivery timeline, the most efficient option is automatically selected to ensure your package reaches you quickly and safely.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below that amount, shipping charges may apply based on your delivery location. The exact rate will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
1 How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timelines depend on your location.
>Local (within the city): 2–3 business days
>Regional (within the state): 3–5 business day
>National (other states across India): 5–7 business days.We always aim to dispatch your order within 24–48 hours, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s shipped.

No, sorry! At the moment, we only deliver within India. We’re working on expanding soon—so stay tuned!
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can click on the link to check the live status of your shipment anytime. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team!
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
No worries! Our delivery partners will make up to 3 re-attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll get in touch with you to reschedule or process it further.

Do I need to ship the product on my own in case of a return?
Yes, if you’d like to return a product, please send us an email at customercare@thepajamafactory.in stating your reason for return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at customercare@thepajamafactory.in within 2 days of delivery. Mention your order number and attach clear photos of the product received.
We’ll review your request, and once we receive the item back and verify it from our end, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 days.
