Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered the shipping/dispatch stage.

If payment was made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You won’t be able to cancel, but you can initiate a return after delivery by following our standard returns process.

Our team processes orders quickly—cancellations after dispatch require returns, which delay refund timings and increase courier usage.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just send us an email at customercare@thepajamafactory.in with your order number and the updated address. We’ll do our best to make the changes before dispatch.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, simply email us at customercare@thepajamafactory.in with your order number within 2 hours of placing it.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and process your refund. If it has already been dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible—but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If your order was already shipped, the refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back in good condition—unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. Please note, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
Once we verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
