    • Due to sanitary concerns, bottom wear cannot be returned. Please contact the customer support team if there is any manufacturing defect with this product.
    • Kurtis size exchanges are eligible within seven days of delivery.

    • Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team is very responsive and will guide you through the return process by providing you with a return authorization if applicable.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Return Shipping:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
    • The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility.
    • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, while exchanging the product, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Inspection and Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Please not this process can take up to 2-3 business days.
    • We will send you an email regarding the receival of your return and we will also notify 
    • If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process the refund according to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Only partial refunds are given in some circumstances (if applicable):
